Every year during the Sea Otter Classic, I end up meeting the Daysaver crew at the Sierra Nevada Beer Garden. This is where we go over new prototypes, and they let me know what’s new in their line of clever tools. It’s always a great meeting that’s become somewhat of a tradition over the years. This time around, they’re launching three new products, two from their Incredible Line and one from their Essential Line.
Back in December, the Swiss brand removed the guesswork from buying their tools with the release of their “Value Combo.” Making it easy to find exactly the tool for your needs.
Daysaver’s offerings are modular by design. This allows riders to combine all of the elements, however they want. From how to carry the tools, to the tools themselves.
So, modularity is the key. Got it? OK, let’s go over the new goodies!
Guard Frame Mount

I didn’t get any photos of this while at Sea Otter, but it’s new, so I included it. The new Guard Frame Mount replaces the Cradle Mount. The new mount lets riders mount the Daysaver Guard tool protection case to the frame. It’s compact, lightweight, and always ready when you are. The tool case clicks right into place with a secure, intuitive locking mechanism.
Use the optional Whip strap to really keep things in place, or add other potential day-saving stuff like a tube and/or CO2 cartridges to the frame.

Incredible6

This is the newest member of the Incredible tool family. Daysaver developed this tool to address a common problem when cycling: flat tires. The Incredible6 comes with two tire levers, a minimalist multitool that provides a HEX 6 bit and the HEX 8 integrated in the tool arm.
There’s also a tubeless plug tool, and space for bacon strips or patches. Customize what you need by adding bits to the tool and customizing it as desired. Based on the IncredibleX, you can equip the tool arm with MixMatch bits.

The Incredible Pump family is also being expanded. Daysaver claims their new Pump 30 PO is the first pump on the market that is specifically designed for road and gravel bikes that can also hold tools.
As with the existing high-volume pumps, each Incredible tool unit can fit into the pump. The Pump 30 PO is pressure-optimized, offering gravel riders the perfect solution for all situations, and is designed as an emergency pump for road riders. This holds to the Daysaver brand promise: “we’ll get you there and back“.
