Houston, Toulon Golf has no problem.
In fact, they like the city of Houston so much that they named their two new mallet models after Space City.
The Toulon Houston DB and Houston H1 models are extensions of the Toulon 2026 Collection. These mallets are otherworldly in appearance, combining space-age looks with the 2026 Collection’s core elements.
If you are a fan of out-of-this-world putter designs, the Toulon Houston should send you into orbit.
(If you are already tired of the space-themed lingo, there is more coming.)
Rehashing the Toulon 2026 Collection’s design stars

As I said, these are considered part 2026 Toulon Collection. Let’s revisit the key elements of the line.
First, the 2026 Collection putters all have the latest version of Toulon’s Deep Diamond face milling. The current milling pattern represents10 years of redesigns and improvements.

This face is tournament tested. To date, the face has racked up more than 70 professional wins. Xander Schauffele is the most famous Toulon player but he is not the only golfer to find success with the Deep Diamond face.

In fact, yours truly made the finals in my club’s putting competition this month with a 2026 Collection Las Vegas H1.
I believe that Toulon putters work for a player of my caliber is even more important than them working for someone like Schauffele.
After all, the Dave-skilled players out there do exponentially outnumber the Xander-skilled players.

The other interesting characteristic of the 2026 Toulon Collection putters is that they are blue.
(Mostly blue, anyway.)
Although Toulon has previously called the color Midnight Blue, I am changing it to a more appropriate Deep Space Blue for the two Houston putters.
“Lose yourself in the Houston’s Deep Space Hues.”
In a land dominated by black and silver, it is nice to see a putter with a different color.
An otherworldly shape that we’ve sighted before

Those of you keeping up with the Toulon releases will recognize the Houston as a variation of the zero-torque limited–run Concept 59 Roswell release from last winter. The Houston lacks the UFO-themed graphics and I find it far less alien in appearance.
Well maybe not “far less.”
The Toulon Houston looks like a cross between an orbital satellite and a tesseract. Admittedly, it is not a 4D object but it does hold the record for most right angles in a mallet putter.

Don’t for a second think that I am making fun of the Toulon Houston. The squared-off profile is premium putt-targeting stuff.
By being so squared off, every part of the putter points at the target. The front section is rectangular as well, creating a visual focal point that is much smaller than the overall putter.
The milled marks on the tapering rear section create a strong visual separation between the front and rear sections. Even the milled marks on the rear wing point at the target.

The square shape is not just an alignment story. During the development, Toulon realized the square profile aided in following a more linear stroke path.
This was especially true for the zero-torque Roswell version but the double-bend Houston tracks straight back and through as well.

If you need a little arc, the plumber’s neck on the Houston H1 will add just a bit of swing to the square. Though the rolls are so far limited, the Houston H1 does feel more stable than my Las Vegas H1.
This launch closes the Toulon 2026 Collection

These two Houston models are the last two members of the Toulon 2026 Collection. Both models come with a standard head weight of 365 grams. You can order them customized to your specs on the Toulon site.
Or give them a call. Toulon Golf is a small, family-run company. If you call, odds are someone with the last name of Toulon will pick up the phone.

If you need a heftier Houston, Toulon can also build both models to counterbalanced specifications.
They will boost the head weight, extend the shaft length, and add a heavier 15-inch grip to compensate for that increased head weight.

Henceforth, we shall refer to the counterbalanced Houston as the Saturn V Edition since that behemoth of a rocket launched from the namesake city during the Apollo program.

By the way, both of these models feel great on the green. The Diamond Milled face delivers produces an excellent roll and the impact tone is pleasingly tuned.
Many of the interesting shapes under the chassis of the Houston are likely there to eliminate unwanted vibrations and tones.
Going outside of the box to create a boxy putter takes more time and thought than one might think.
Both versions of the Toulon Houston putter are available for order today at ToulonGolf.com.
