Several big names will be in action at ATP Challenger events this week in Aix-en-Provence and Cagliari.
Swiss Stan Wawrinka is among a loaded draw at the Open Aix Provence Crédit Agricole in France, where four Top 50 players are in the field. Fan favourite Grigor Dimitrov is also competing in Aix-en-Provence.

Wawrinka, a finalist last year at the Challenger 175 event, is playing his farewell season. The 41-year-old will face eighth seed Sebastian Ofner in the opening round.
Held during the second week of the Mutua Madrid Open, the Aix-en-Provence and Cagliari Challengers routinely provide a landing spot for those who fall early in Spain. World No. 37 Alex Michelsen is the top seed in Aix-en-Provence, where he could clash against Dimitrov in his opening match. Michelsen has a first-round bye.
Second seed Alejandro Tabilo won the French tournament in 2024 and will look to repeat that feat. Zizou Bergs and Ethan Quinn are the third and fourth seeds, respectively. Wawrinka is in the top half of the draw.

Cagliari Draw
At the Sardegna Open in Cagliari, 2024 champion Mariano Navone leads the field as the top seed. The Argentine could face home favourite Matteo Berrettini in his opening match, should the Italian beat Patrick Kypson. Former World No. 6 Hubert Hurkacz is in Navone’s quarter.
Other seeded players in Cagliari include Adrian Mannarino, Nuno Borges, Roman Andres Burruchaga, Lorenzo Sonego, Juan Manuel Cerundolo and Marcos Giron.
#NextGenATP Italian Federico Cina is competing on home soil. The 19-year-old meets Cerundolo in the opening round.
