Sinner is the top seed in Madrid, where he will aim to win a fifth consecutive ATP Masters 1000 title after triumphing in Paris, Indian Wells, Miami and Monte-Carlo. He will open his campaign against a qualifier or lucky loser.
Zverev is a two-time champion in Madrid and owns a 25-6 tournament record, according to the Infosys ATP Win/Loss Index. The third-seeded Auger-Aliassime reached the final in 2024, when he fell to Andrey Rublev in three sets.
Two rising Spaniards, Rafael Jodar and Martin Landaluce, will compete as wild cards. The 19-year-old Jodar is fresh from a semi-final in Barcelona, while the 20-year-old Landaluce will make his third consecutive appearance in the Madrid main draw.
