In celebration of the first major of the year, Under Armour has released a new limited-edition pair of its Drive Pro Clone golf spikes. If you’re watching the Masters broadcast, you can see Jordan Spieth rocking a pair at Augusta.

These golf spikes have something no other shoes have | I Tried It

I’ve written about the Drive Pro Clone spikes before, and you can read more about that here, but I really think Under Armour nailed the look with this limited-edition version. It’s very subtle, unlike some other shoes that have popped up this week, and they took a slightly different route than most.
The base of the shoe is bright white, with navy blue trim, and soft pink highlights. Combined with the subtle outlines of some azalea flowers, and the azalea icon on the tongue pull, they’ve created a great shoe that’s not loud on course while paying quiet homage to what most golfers would consider the best major of the year.
The shoes are still packed with Drive Pro Clone technology. The biggest advantage to the Under Armour gear is its S3 spike, developed in partnership with Softspikes and biomechanics experts for ultimate lateral control. There is a genuine difference in lateral control with the S3 spike, something that I wish were available in other shoes I love.

The UA Drive Pro Clone golf spikes are also weatherproof with a warranty up to a year, and they feature a comfortable, molded sock liner . Combined with an adaptive upper that molds to your foot and the UA Swing Support System (S3), you’ve got a very comfortable stable shoe.
The UA Drive Pro Clone is available on the Under Armour website at $190 for a limited time. Under Armour spikes are typically suggested to be purchased true to size, and provide a more athletic fit and weight.
