You know a product is good when customers start asking for another to accompany it. ReStrap says that this is what happened when they released their Switch Rack. While most packs could be secured to the new rack, ReStrap didn’t have a specific bag to match it.
Well, now they do, with the Switch Top Bag (see what they did there with the name!). ReStrap says the bag is made to the highest of quality and expectations, seamlessly integrating into the Switch Rack system.
ReStrap Switch Top Bag

The Switch Top Bag is aerodynamic, waterproof, and, like other ReStrap products, features a quick-release mechanism, which doesn’t require tools. This makes attaching and removing the Switch Top Bag doable in seconds.
For a bikepacker, this makes the bag so easy to remove and take into your tent. It also features a carrying strap to make lugging it around a bit easier.

Overall, ReStrap categorizes the Switch Top Bag as a 15L bag. It features 13L of internal carrying capacity, plus an additional 2L in external mesh pockets.
ReStrap uses the Hiplok X Mount to attach the Switch Top Bag to the Switch Rack seamlessly. The bag is rectangular, featuring a roll-top with tension loops to secure the load. And, as already mentioned, the bag is fully waterproof, keeping items that must stay dry, well, dry.
The two external mesh pockets (one on each side) hold items you don’t mind getting wet. These are the ones you’ll want to access quickly: think snacks, sunscreen, and maybe a rain jacket.

The Switch Top Bag weighs 869g (including the fittings). It is handmade in the UK and retails for $262.99.
