Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard has confirmed his new coaching team: former World No. 4 Greg Rusedski and Philippe Dehaes.

Mpetshi Perricard climbed as high as No. 29 in the PIF ATP Rankings last February and won two ATP Tour titles in 2024, in Lyon and Basel. The Frenchman averaged nearly 16 aces per match across the 2024 and 2025 seasons, according to Infosys ATP Stats.

Rusedski was one of the best servers of his generation, hitting 7,605 aces in his career. The Briton shared his thoughts on the new role on social media.

“Beginning a new adventure. I am back on @atptour coaching @giovanni.mpetshi,” Rusedski wrote on Instagram. “I am looking forward to working with Gio and all of his team.”

ATP No. 1 Club member Andy Murray chimed in on Rusedski’s post, writing, “Good luck Greg 👏”

Dehaes has long coached ATP and WTA stars, with players he has mentored including Kristof Vliegen, Xavier Malisse, Christophe Rochus, Daria Kasatkina, Monica Puig, Kaja Juvan and Greet Minnen.

Mpetshi Perricard withdrew from the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters Sunday due to a right wrist injury. Rusedski and Dehaes were on site with the 22-year-old in Monte-Carlo.
